I am an LIMHP has been a mental health counselor for 30+ years in a variety of different venues from community mental health, inpatient adult and adolescent, to residential Tx. I received her MA in Community counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Regent University in VA, I have an office in Henderson, Ne. where I am able to see clients, and I am an adjunct professor for both Crown College, and Liberty University. I live in the middle of a rural area with my husband of 20 years and my four large dogs. I have experience counseling clients with depression, trauma, divorce issues, women's issues, anxiety, and other growth opportunities. I have enjoyed counseling many different types of people including those faith based individuals including pastors, those in ministries and their families. I am a competent, compassionate, and supportive counselor. I welcome individuals from all belief traditions. I have also specialized in individuals adjusting to life changes, divorce, illness, also young mothers and women experiencing trauma, I am English speaking. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution Focused Therapy in my practice. At the client's request I also incorporate Judea-Christian spiritual concepts into therapy to support the client's coping and resiliency. I am a female counselor, I have level 1 & 2 training in EMDR..
