My name is William Dougherty, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania, providing therapy to clients statewide through telehealth. The idea is to encourage the use of more positive, as opposed to negative, words while telling our life story. This approach has been remarkably effective in helping clients confront difficulties and bring about lasting and meaningful change.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
