As we navigate life, we will experience individual challenges with the potential to evolve into anger, anxiety, depression, stress and marital/relationship conflict. We tend to ignore or mask feelings with the potential of leading to harmful actions. It is my life’s work to help individuals find solutions and to evolve through trials and tribulations. I cannot walk the path for you. I can only guide you on your journey. Your greatest growth and development will come from facing what you fear most. I offer a safe space with unconditional positive regard and an empathic understanding during each session. I focus on empowering each client by overcoming fears and taking control of debilitating thoughts. We have a tendency to train ourselves into repeating patterns and my goal is to help change maladaptive patterns. I implement a holistic approach to therapy and help clients understand life can have more then one option to achieve liberation. I believe in helping clients find solutions but more importantly, I believe in clients feeling heard and being in a therapeutic space conducive to healing. Clients can expect a genuine sense of care and sincere effort in finding solutions during sessions with me.
