Abby Fowler
I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I help kids of all ages and adult women navigate life with confidence and hope. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed care. I am in the process of becoming a registered play therapist, which is helpful for all ages! I use a mix of talk, education, and play to help clients meet their therapy goals. I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
