I’m a firm believer in helping you help yourself. I won’t tell you what to do, but instead will help you land on decisions that are right for you. I ride the line between being warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, while also being honest, holding accountability, and challenging you so that you can grow. My goal is for you to be well enough that you don’t need therapy, and strangely, I’m happy to be working myself out of a job. I'm excited to see you graduate from therapy! I’m particularly passionate about providing therapy to the following folks: Young Adults, Professionals, and College Students who are having difficulty with self-esteem , social anxiety , or meeting their potential High performing professionals who experience imposter syndrome , want to improve their performance , or feel unfulfilled/unhappy People who feel they are spending to much time on Video Games/Technology/Social Media It's my belief that you're the expert on your life. Through listening and collaboration, we will work together to find solutions specific to your situation that will open up the doors to relief and joy. I create a non-judgmental environment that will help you help yourself, leaving you with skills that will keep you well long after you graduate from therapy.
