I’m Adam, a trauma-informed therapist, and I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, and trauma. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR. I believe that each individual has unique strengths and the ability to find their own solutions.
