My focus is building a trusting relationship to support reducing stress and anxiety, rediscovering your inner resilience and joy, and healing unresolved pain from the past so that you can live more fully and healthy in the present. Through a collaborative process, my goal is to help you to cope with and recover from the challenges you face, to heal from unresolved tension, trauma, or loss, and to experience your world and relationships with joy, fulfillment, and intention. My particular approach fosters personal insight, self-exploration, and somatic processing through an integration of person-centered, psychodynamic, narrative and experiential approaches, including brainspotting, mindfulness, and expressive arts. My aim is to create a positive and affirming experience of personal introspection, expression, and healing. Life can become particularly challenging, painful, or overwhelming, particularly now. My hope is to foster your own, unique process of personal exploration and growth, inner connection, and deep healing to build upon your innate resilience to manage the effects of grief & loss, life transitions, stress, and both personal and intergenerational trauma.
