My name is Aizzel Ramas, a full-time psychiatric nurse practitioner for over 2 years now. My goal is to help patients that are struggling with their mental illness, provide treatment modalities so they can live their life to the fullest and not be defined by their condition. I worked as a nurse in a forensic mental health facility for more that 14 years and decided to pursue higher education to broaden my knowledge. I completed MSN/FNP-C and DNP/PMHNP-BC. My approach to providing care is patient center where each has a voice into their own care for better health outcome. Clients can expect a warm, compassionate provider where their voice are heard. A session where patient are encouraged to engage into their care for better adherence.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
