I have experienced helping people navigate the difficulties of life. I have over fifteen years of experience working with issues such as trauma, childhood abuse recovery, depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, domestic violence, women’s issues, life transitions and self-esteem issues. My compassionate nonjudgmental approach is psychologically and biblically based. If you are not a Christian, no worries I will not impose my views on you. I have over fifteen year of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Bachelor Social Worker. My approach employs evidence-based practices emphasizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and EMDR. We all experiences times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed, lonely and sad. We need help, which is where therapy come in my goal is to come along side you and help you achieve the life you want for yourself. I believe you have what it takes to live the life you desire, but no one’s journey is solitary we all need help.
