I am entrepreneur and I enjoy working with All People from all walks of life. I have a passion in selective mental health areas, my areas of experience are working with clients with a variety of mental health diagnoses, mood disorders, career and life changes, anxiety, self-esteem, stress and anger management, substance abuse, and relationship, women, and caregiver’s issues. I use the following therapeutic approaches in treatment, Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Brief Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. My approach in counseling is to identify thoughts, unhealthy control mechanisms that create pain and suffering and push clients to effective actions that create a healthy and meaningful life. I also understand there is no one therapeutic approach that fit all, and I am constantly utilizing eclectic approaches, to treat clients based on their individual needs. I welcome the opportunity to assist you on your mental health journey. Therapy is a huge step to take and will bring about some level of discomfort. However, uncomfortable situations have the power to create change. If you are ready or considering taking this step, I am ecstatic to begin working with you!
