My goal is to help my clients understand that there is no "right" or "wrong" way to feel and there are no "good" or "bad" emotions; that emotions and feelings are simply information that we can use to better understand ourselves and what our brains are trying to tell us. Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but with a safe space and laid-back environment, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow into your BEST self.
