I'm an LCSW dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents as they navigate life's challenges. With around 6 years of experience, I've had the privilege working in a range of settings, such as school-based, community and outpatient settings. I bring a compassionate, child-centered approach to therapy and specialize in helping clients manage overwhelming emotions including anxiety, anger, depression, and difficulties with self-esteem and social relationships. My approach is strength-based and collaborative using evidence-based methods like CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and expressive arts. I tailor sessions to each client's developmental and emotional needs, creating age-appropriate ways to engage. Whether facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment issues, I am committed to helping them thrive. With deep understanding of child psychology and a warm, empathetic approach, I empower children and adolescents on the journey to healing and growth. I provide a nurturing, non-judgmental space where children and adolescents feel safe to explore emotions, develop coping skills, and build resilience. Collaborating with parents and caregivers, I address behavioral issues, emotional regulation, and promotion of growth. My goal is to empower children and adolescents with tools to handle stress, build emotional awareness, and foster confidence, helping them grow into emotionally healthy adults equipped to thrive.
