I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues including: General Outpatient Concerns, Marital/ Couple Counseling, Substance abuse, children and adolescents. I am experienced working with clients in high stress professions and roles. Specialized in Highly Sensitive Persons HSP's. I believe that while insight is important, true change requires learning new ways, alternatives or solutions and often requires us to stretch just outside of our comfort. I believe in using evidence/science based approaches, but am always cognizant of the human component that connects us and brings us together. I hope that clients all feel both supported AND challenged in their pursuit of wellness and positive change.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
