With the understanding that no single approach is the right fit for every individual, I use a multi-systems approach. I have been trained in a wide range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength Based Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, etc. My goal is to create a safespace for clients to open up and be truly honest about the challenges they may be experiencing. After each session, my clients should walk away with feelings of hope, knowing next steps or things to focus on for the next session, and a better understanding of triggers, consequences, underlying issues, situations, people, and other factors that negatively impact their relationships with others and overall quality of life.
