I am a Licensed Creative Art Therapist and psychotherapist working with children, adolescents and adults. I have over 14 years of experience and helps clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management and other concerns. I am particularly passionate about serving individuals managing food allergies and the mental health concerns related to this. I also has advanced training in Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My approach to therapy is client centered and I provide a space to be seen and heard in a genuine and meaningful way. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself fully and honestly. I bring warmth, humor and a creativity to the therapeutic relationship as you guide the process. In addition to verbal therapy, I believe working from a creative space can offer a new and rich language of self expression, as well as a deeper connection and understanding. My clients can expect to gain a genuine space for themselves where we work towards improved insight, understanding as well as personal growth. While we look at larger themes and patterns of thinking and feeling, my clients can also expect to take away helpful coping mechanisms and tools to cope with day to day stressors and improve self care. Overall, my goal is that each of my clients leaves session feeling more supported, grounded and empowered.
