With Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), I assist you in identifying your "stuck" points and making the necessary pivots towards living a life you love. I have worked with adults through life transitions including relationship milestones, career changes, and personal challenges. I have experience working with trauma and take a trauma informed approach to treatment. I help clients take control of their life and offer support during challenging times. As we explore what's bringing you to therapy, I will help you look for better ways to cope. Through our conversations, you will gain clarity pertaining to who you are now, who you want to be, what's getting in the way of living your best life, and how to overcome those obstacles. I strongly believe with the right tools and support; everyone is capable of change and growth.
