I believe that you have everything you need within you– and may just need support in navigating how to show up in your life in the way you desire. I have extensive experience working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping my clients give voice and space to your inner world to identify and break negative patterns that you may feel stuck in. When going through difficult times, it can often feel like you have to figure it out on your own. These feelings can feel very overwhelming and it's important to remember that you don’t have to push through or navigate it alone. You are resilient and at the same time, it’s crucial to feel supported and understood. I hope that my holistic approach to understanding you as a person, as well as the systems that you exist in, will help you feel supported and help you develop the confidence and tools to make the appropriate changes in your life that align with your values and goals.
