I specialize in helping individual, and couples in getting the most out of life, and I have over 25 years experience in teaching, coaching and counseling. In addition to being a Couples Therapist trained in the Gottman Method Level III , I also provided trauma, depression and anxiety counseling using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) , Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Yoga for Mood Management. It's my ability to utilize eastern philosophy with western education to help my clients transform their lives. I have an easy style of relating with people, from a down to earth and pragmatic standpoint.
