Drawing from 25+ years of education, training and experience, I offer a relationships centered practice. My professional services are designed to assess, evaluate, understand, and collaboratively make and maintain change in relationships for optimal psychological well-being. My specialties include couples/marital therapy, anxiety, depression, identity, grief/loss, and diversity services. Ph.D., Counseling Psychology, Indiana University M.S., Professional Counseling, Georgia State University Interpersonal Theory-I work on learning and offering timely feedback about each client’s relationship patterns, sense of self and relational style with others. Systems Theory-I work to understand key client systems (i.e., marriage, family, work) and how each impact psychological health. Diversity-Affirmative-I work to co-construct a safe space where clients can be their true self. Therapeutic Relationship-I work to build a relational environment that supports trust, risk taking, and progress.
