I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem and confidence issues, & depression. I have extensive training and experience in counseling, which has helped me achieve a broad perspective of the field of therapy. I can effectively apply a variety of interventions and choose from these interventions based on my assessment of a client’s learning needs, learning style, and personal characteristics.
