I studied trauma, grief and loss in my doctoral journey to competently help survivors of various traumas reconcile the past to move towards a brighter future. I am a Certified Trauma Professional, multi-culturally trained, and works with everyone across all faiths. My approach to therapy is Person-Centered and Solution-Focused. My core values in therapy are empowerment, affirming the client’s expertise, and listening with a nonjudgmental ear. After therapy the client will be able to compassionately talk to themselves through future crisis or hardships, be able to build a plan to get themselves out of depression and anxiety in the future, and become aware of what emotions tell them they need.
