As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe in empowering people to prioritize their mental health. Reaching out is not always easy, but I am here to provide support. I have worked with adults of all ages, but specialize in assisting people in working through trauma and change. From Veterans, first responders, hospital staff, to people experiencing loss, major life events, and change. This can include experiencing PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Everyone is on their own journey an deserves individualized care. When we work together we will figure out what you would like to get out of therapy and how I can support you in getting there. While what you hope to get from therapy is set by you, expect that I will push and challenge you to explore, on that journey to your goals. In the first sessions I want to hear about you and your story. Expect a warm, open, non-judgmental atmosphere to freely express yourself and your thoughts. From there we will work at your pace to achieve your goals.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
