I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist in a variety of professional counseling settings. My areas of expertise include life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, stress, isolation, chronic illness, compassion fatigue, grief and loss, sleep issues, self-esteem, self-compassion, parenting issues, and career transition.
