Anna Lentz
Anna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She is passionate about supporting people to discover their innate wholeness and belonging in an increasingly disconnected world. This means building safety and rapport over time that allows her patients to enhance their self-awareness, cultivate a sense of empowerment, and find meaning in the world around them. As a climate aware therapist, she views the human-nature relationship as unique, complex and vital for mutual healing. Anna's approach to this work is creative, collaborative, and rooted in anti-oppression. Anna holds a steadfast commitment to building healing relationships that liberate us from oppressive systems both seen and unseen. Whether you wish to build your relationship with the natural world or explore your inner wilderness, she considers it a privilege to be a guide on your path to wholeness. Anna delights in supporting others to re-ignite vital life forces found in Nature such as curiosity, reciprocity, belonging, trust and self-compassion. She utilizes EMDR, Internal Family Systems, trauma informed Mindfulness and Nature-based interventions to help her patients come into greater alignment with themselves, attune to others and participate purposely in their lives.
