I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado. I am also a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional. I earned my graduate degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Denver. My warm, empathetic, and compassionate nature creates the space to explore your primary interests, develop goals and utilize strengths to achieve aspirations and live a balanced life. I utilize a collaborative and strength-based approach while implementing mindfulness techniques and positive psychology. Evidence-based interventions include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy. My specialties include: depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, body image, and identity development. Through a strength-based, trauma-informed and person-centered approach, I recognize the importance of building a relationship with you to establish attainable goals together. This allows me to cater to your individual needs, and foster empowerment to reach your highest potential.
