I help people discover new perspectives about themself and their world, plus learn practical tools to help navigate their life with less stress and more joy. We will work collaboratively and conversationally towards mutual objectives or goals for your desired change, mental health, and well-being. I will help you feel safe and comfortable, encourage and challenge you, and keep you accountable. You will leave each session with greater clarity and specific tools to address your challenge areas. My therapy style is warm yet direct. I have a strong sense of humor and lighthearted nature, but I am not afraid to push you to achieve your goals!.
