Anna’s treatment approach is rooted in conservative medication management coupled with holistic treatment strategies to improve clinical outcomes. Anna retired from the US Navy after 22 years of service and deployed twice in support of overseas combat operations where she cared for wounded warriors and other service members in need. After her Navy Retirement, she worked for the San Diego VA Health Care System where she continued to dedicate her compassionate and non-judgmental care to veterans with complex dual diagnoses stemming from invisible wounds of war. Anna strives to align her client’s individual values with their treatment goals to improve their overall quality of life and functioning. In addition to prescribing psychiatric medications, she skillfully collaborates with clients to apply different methods and techniques to strengthen coping strategies to contribute to long-lasting recovery and resilience. Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.
