Ever since I can remember, I have always had a passion for helping people. Through my Abnormal Psychology class in undergraduate school I learned about counseling and instantly fell in love with it. I have seen the benefits of therapy first hand and believe that therapy is such a valuable tool. I have worked with many different populations from as young as 5 years old to as old as 80 years old. I had different internship opportunities in inpatient facilities, IOPs, and nonprofits. I also have experience working with sexual assault survivors. I enjoy working with clients aged 12 and up that struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and emotional regulation. I'm open to working with you on what you think will improve your quality of life and overall wellness. All of my client's are different so I use different interventions to meet their needs. As a therapist I want my client to feel that they can vocalize their goals and what they want to work on in our sessions together. It's important to me that my clients feel safe, heard, and seen while we work together.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
