I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas who is passionate about helping others. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling. Since becoming a LPC, I have enjoyed being able to work with individuals in a variety of settings such as hospitals, a counseling center, and telehealth. It brings me so much joy to be given the opportunity to support and work with individuals in reaching their goals. I am a counselor whose counseling approach and style is fitted to the individual needs of the client. I utilize techniques and skills from therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and person centered. My desire is to meet the needs of the individual and assist in nurturing their mental health. As a counselor, I feel it is important that each person feels heard. Individuals should be given respect and should expect to have a safe space where they can truly be themselves. My desire is that each person is able to set their own goals and learn to live a healthier life.
