Ardith Biacan
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I believe that working to build or rebuild a relationship with yourself will help build better relationships with others, as well as improving other major areas in your life. In addition, I work on building communication skills and understanding communication styles that will also help in building healthy and positive interactions. My approach to therapy is keeping an open mind and allowing the client to determine what is most important as a goal in therapy. I also help make connections between what is being presented and how it can relate to early experiences and in moving forward. I begin each session with helping the client set the intention of their goal for treatment and proceed with the process of reaching that goal. Developing a better insight, a new perspective, and improved self.
