Arvind Karwan
I am a licensed psychologist in the Northern Colorado area. I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University’s APA-approved program. Over the past 15 years, I have provided services to individuals and families in a variety of settings, including college and community counseling centers, juvenile detention centers, and residential treatment centers. My approach to therapy incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal process therapy (IPT), and, above all else, a supportive, collaborative relationship with the client. I have helped many individuals and families facing many different life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, sexual behavior problems (including youth who have sexually offended), drug and alcohol issues, phase of life difficulties, relationship issues, youth conduct issues, and ADHD. I understand the importance of a “good fit” between the therapist and client in the therapeutic process. To judge this for yourself, please contact me for a free no-risk 30-minute consultation session.
