Aryeh Blum
Aryeh Blum is a licensed psychotherapist who works with individuals and groups. Aryeh began career counseling individuals with spiritual and religious concerns. He then worked for the State of Texas working with families of children living with severe and chronic medical conditions. When he moved back to Florida, Aryeh began working with people suffering from substance abuse, alcoholism, and other addictions such as gambling, sex, and work. He has worked in IP, PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care. Aryeh does not believe that good therapy is “cookie cutter”. He works with clients in a highly individualized way based upon close empathic rapport and a strong therapeutic alliance. His approach is client centered, spiritual, humanistic, and reality-based. EMDR is used when indicated. Aryeh works with people suffering from trauma, addictions, and existential crisis, and dual diagnosis. He has worked in inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care.
