I’m Asher Lyman, a licensed Jungian-Somatic therapist with 20 yrs experience, helping you feel authentic & grounded. Learning to feel the body's physical center - in Yoga: "hugging your center line" - grants access to a deeper sense of your center as an emotional/spiritual concept. You can then explore the practice of centering emotionally, of calmness, extending the time between stimulus and response. This can lead to your spiritual center, to discovering who YOU are, at your core. Hugging into the physical center line can have a massive impact on your well-being.
