My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. I work alongside my clients to co create the safety within our sessions to take off the mask and face the struggles they are dealing with, together. My name is Ashley Avila, LCSW, and I strive to empower you with the tools and insights needed to create lasting changes. I utilize evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, MI and ACT to teach the skills needed to navigate through difficult life circumstances. I believe in adjusting my therapeutic style to what you find most helpful based on your unique preferences and personality. I seek to truly understand your individual needs and will work with you to set achievable goals which culminate to bettering your life. We may be a good fit if you are seeking answers or struggling to create positive life changes but need help finding motivation or figuring out how. Our diverse backgrounds, cultures, attachment styles, spiritual or religious beliefs and places in our families and communities help to shape us, for better or worse.
