Hello, my name is Ashley! I am a licensed professional counselor with 16.5 years of experience in the field with a diverse background of clinical experiences. I have specialized training in sexual behaviors/dysfunction, behavioral modification and parenting skill development, as well as experience with individuals struggling with dual diagnoses. I believe in the need to meet individuals where they are. My roots are tied within a person centered approach and I believe that each individual is the "expert" in their own life. Relationships are the basis and foundation of personal growth and change and sometimes we all just need some additional support to get us through each stage of life. I strive to work collaboratively with individuals to identify goals and steps toward their needs. I approach each session from the interest in individual need for that session and use a warm, empathic approach through the use of active listening and reflection.
