Using an eclectic approach that includes attachment, psychodynamic, mindfulness, spirituality and other evidence -based approaches, together we will tap into your inner resources and discover all that you are capable of, andd with the power that lies within you. I am here to provide a safe space to help guide you through your journey of self-discovery and healing. I will help you recognize the patterns that are causing you distress by helping you to pause, gain perspective, reflect, and examine behaviors that are not serving you well.
