Welcome, I’m glad your here I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that life difficulties can hold us back from living happy, joyous, and free. I have 17 years experience with addiction and recovery. I have 11 years working in the social work profession. My main focus has been substance use disorder, grief associated with terminal illness, and life difficulties that bring about depression and anxiety. The age group that I serve is adolescents to older adults. My approach to therapy I believe that honesty with ourselves about our thoughts, feelings, and decisions is so important in the therapeutic process. I will partner with you to establish your goals of care. I want you to feel safe and heard as you share your life story. What you can expect from our work together We will start with an initial assessment, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you see as barriers to growth and change. From there we will establish a plan of care that you think will benefit you. As we work together in sessions I will be a sounding board to assist in meeting the goals that you have set.
