Working collaboratively with my clients has proven to be an effective technique to facilitate personal growth and healing. I care deeply about each of my clients and want to ensure that you receive the guidance you are seeking. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is helpful for a diverse array of issues. Also, I specialize in working with individuals on their journey to become pregnant, have had high risk pregnancies, IVF/IUI or experienced pregnancy loss I am very goal oriented. I give you a space space to process your thoughts and challenges but also ensure that you leave with specific goals to work on between sessions. I want you to get the most out of therapy both in session and in your real life.
