We humans are all too familiar with dismissing or ignoring our own feelings for the sake of others. Between work roles, kids, family members, and romantic partners, it can be difficult to find time to tune into our own individual wants and needs. If you've woken up and realized that you don't always call the shots in your own life and you'd like that to change, there's meaningful work that we can do! In sessions, we can work to help you regain ownership of your world by addressing specific areas in your life that are in need of a transition. This may mean boundary setting, values identification, codependency recovery, burnout recovery, self-esteem building, challenging thoughts, or just taking a deep dive into the discomfort of it all. My clients can expect to be warmly challenged and empowered in regaining control of their lives. The occasional laugh helps a lot, too! I typically work with clients who believe that their thoughts, trauma-based beliefs, and/or life circumstances are limiting their ability to thrive. In our first session together, we'll construct a plan to address these barriers in a way that cultivates greater personal power and confidence in your own mind and responses to life's challenges.
