Hello! My name is Blue Stoehr and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Idaho providing treatment throughout both states via telehealth. I work with individuals, couples, and families using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic Therapy. Reaching out, asking for help is normal and sometimes necessary. Having access to a licensed professional for guidance in times of need is not only helpful but also comforting and worthwhile. I typically treat individuals and couples. I am comfortable treating a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, grief and life transitions. My approach to providing therapy is usually determined by the needs of the client. I have found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to be particularly effective in finding solutions to client's problems while also deepening their understanding of themselves. .

If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.
