Welcome, I am so glad you are here. Life is often a journey of different transitions, some exciting and joyful while others are incredibly challenging. If you have found yourself here today you might be looking for support and guidance to navigate your own transitions. I understand that these periods in life can bring about a range of emotions, questions, and uncertainties and I strive to offer the guidance, support, safety, and healing needed during these transformative moments of your life. My approach is rooted in empathy and a commitment to growth— with a bit of levity and humor sprinkled in where appropriate too. I incorporate a variety of approaches based on your unique needs including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR or other trauma informed interventions. Whether you are stressed, depressed, losing yourself, finding yourself, or navigating trauma healing I will provide a safe and supportive space to explore, build resilience, and create positive change. I recognize the importance of finding the right "fit" for therapy and as such, I strive to offer a warm, comfortable, and accepting approach to our work together. I believe that therapy is space to freely unpack and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that is uncensored— so we will cry, scream, or swear in whatever ways you need to best express yourself. I believe that all sexualities, identities, and persons are worthy of respect, acceptance, healing and growth.
