I've worked in a variety of settings, such as psychiatric hospitals, crisis stabilization units, community agencies and college campuses. In my practice, I like to focus on life transitions, whether it's leaving a job, becoming a parent, or starting college. Throughout our journey together, I hope to cultivate a sense of healing and empowerment. I like to create a relaxed atmosphere in order to produce a calming and safe space for you. I tend to implement CBT, DBT, and ACT tools as therapeutic interventions. My clients can expect to feel seen, heard, and understood. As you continue to grow and change throughout your journey, we will alter our treatment goals as necessary and address obstacles along the way.

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
