Glad you're here! I'm Breanne, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida, currently pursuing my doctorate in Counselor Education. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with life satisfaction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’m passionate about supporting personal growth and helping people unlearn patterns that no longer serve them. I especially enjoy working with people of color, providing a safe and affirming space to heal, break generational cycles, and build healthier lives.
