Byron Beall
My name is Byron Beall. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I have years of experience working with a wide range of populations including adults and families in all settings. I have experience working in diverse settings, ranging from a prison to group homes, schools, hospitals, private practice and family homes. I have experience as a bereavement director where I provided grief counseling. My approach to therapy is positive, solution-oriented and person-centered. I aim to meet each person where they are at and walk alongside them in their journey. Therapy should be a partnership and work with my clients on their right to self-determination. Sessions will feel safe, judgement-free, and supportive. Clients can expect to take away tangible, real-world skills to help improve their lives. I aim to be a listening ear and a safe space to share, but it is of great importance that all my clients are gaining skills to improve their lives as well. I approach therapy with humor, honesty and open-mindedness. I hope that my clients walk out of session feeling that they were really seen and understood.
