Hello! My name is Calvin Shope and I'm glad we have a chance to meet. I am a clinical social worker with years of experience in providing therapy to individuals trying to navigate life challenges. I provide a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you as the client feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings, and where you can develop the skills and tools needed to thrive. During sessions we will create positive working environment which includes client active participation and a strong therapeutic relationship.
