I am a LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision) licensed in the state of Ohio. I have over 30 years clinical experience in both medical and mental health with a focus on therapy and crisis management. I have worked with PTSD, TBI, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Depression and Anxiety Disorders. I use Reality, Supportive, and Cognitive Behavioral based therapies to assist my clients with the issues they are struggling with. My approach is open and non-judgmental. Building a good repour and establishing trust with the clients I work with is essential for good therapy. Identifying induvial and unique traits of each client is key to successful therapy. I help clients identify specific problems and work together with each client to help lesson or resolve symptoms that are negatively impacting their lives, I provide tools to assist with coping skills and stress management. We are all effected by increased stress in today's society. Therapy can be benefitable to help better deal with depression, anxiety, and isolation which many people are now experiencing.
