Casey Henneke
Hello! I am Casey Henneke, MA, LPC. Throughout the past 8 years I have worked in a variety of settings, gaining experience and knowledge in mental and behavioral health. Although I began my experience working with children, I saw a higher need for parental support. I strive to create a warm, comfortable connection with parents and children to provide them with a safe space to heal, learn, and grow so that they can feel self-assured, confident, and optimistic about their future. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and collaborative. We will work together and explore connections between feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, develop mindfulness, coping strategies, and communication skills. We will discuss your specific goals and make an effective plan to get us there! Lets work together to create your happy! I believe that the key to a successful therapeutic relationship is mutual respect. What you can expect in the first session is a non-judgmental, safe, authentic space to be yourself. I know that therapy can be uncomfortable so I strive to make it a natural, fun, and insightful experience from our first session to our last.
