I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping people work towards their personal goals. I graduated from Western New Mexico University in 2021 with a Masters in Social Work. During school my extra coursework specialized in trauma and different treatment modalities. I have worked in a variety of different settings, working with kids with CCSD and working with adults and elders in hospice and home health. I try to connect with people wherever they are at in their life journey. I see therapy as a partnership where we work together towards goals. I utilize mindfulness techniques, CBT, CPT, and Client Centered approaches to help people process where they are at and get to where they want to be. I believe that the most important thing is having a positive therapeutic relationship where no matter what is going on you know you can trust me to be in your corner and provide you with support that will help you move forward. I strive to create a safe environment to talk about the challenges and struggles that you may have that you are trying to find peace with. I expect my clients to leave sessions with insight into themselves and their struggles, and to see new perspectives to help find peace and resolution. My hope is that by creating this place to figure things out we can achieve the healing that will bring peace to their lives.
