We live in a challenging world where our experiences and wounds can begin to direct our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Through a combination of clinical and spiritual principles, however, we can heal from our experiences, challenge our thoughts and redirect behaviors towards life-giving outcomes. As I believe we are a combination of mind, body and spirit, I address each area with compassionate care for supported growth towards living wholehearted lives. My passion for counseling arises from my deep desire to help provide clarity, hope, and healing for those struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, conflict resolution, marriage, and parenting issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals live a more wholehearted life. I value the integration of faith & psychology as a foundation for partnering with clients.
