I have been in practice for 22 years. I am a dedicated therapist with a Masters Social Work degree in mental health. I am licensed as a Clinical Licensed Social Worker. I work with children, adolescents, male and female adults. I have also work with specialized populations such as veterans and maternal-infant health. I am an advocate for better mental health services. I use a strength based and holistic approach in treatment. I identify the needs of clients and explore what they would like to accomplish in therapy. I provide clients with skills and tools to help them achieve their goals. I use a holistic approach that allows me to examine their total being. I provide a relaxed environment and take the time to engage and bond with clients to form a healthy and trusting relationship. I view therapy as a partnership between the client and myself working to achieve a mutual goal of growth, health and wellness related to mental health.
